Village Zoning Rules & Regulations
Zoning permits are required when a building or structure is being built, moved, added to or altered. A zoning permit is required prior to beginning construction on any of the following:
- Single Family Residential Unit
- Multi Family Residential Unit
- Commercial, Office or Industrial Unit
- Building Addition
- Fence
- Inground Swimming Pool
- Satellite Dish Antenna
- Sign
- Wireless Telecommunication Facility
All fees shall be paid at the time the application is made.
